Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging where possible.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, body jewelry, customized items, final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are not refundable unless required by law.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
